No credited service for outside employee or member,when--information provided by institutions and administrators, when.

104.1210. 1. In no event shall any outside employee receive creditedservice in the system for any time period in which such employee or memberparticipated in the defined contribution plan established pursuant tosections 104.1200 to 104.1215.

2. Institutions and any third-party administrator shall provide suchinformation to the Missouri state employees' retirement system as may berequired to implement the provisions of sections 104.1200 to 104.1215.
