Board may correct error in amounts paid member.

104.200. Should any error in any records result in anymember's or beneficiary's receiving more or less than he wouldhave been entitled to receive had the records been correct, theboard shall correct such error, and, as far as practicable, makefuture payments in such a manner that the actuarial equivalent ofthe benefit to which such member or beneficiary was entitledshall be paid, and to this end may recover any overpayments.
