Member elected as circuit clerk of certain counties entitled toannuity.

104.347. Notwithstanding any provision of law to thecontrary, any member of the Missouri state employees' retirementsystem eligible to receive an annuity or who has received anannuity based on prior creditable service and who, after January1, 1990, was an elected circuit clerk of a first class countyshall be entitled to a normal annuity based on prior creditableservice plus creditable service as an elected circuit clerk ofsuch first class county.
