Consulting firms assisting board, preference to be given Missouribased companies, when.

104.550. In the selection of any consulting firm or pensionconsulting firm for the purpose of assisting the board or makingfixed income investments, equity investments, venture capitalinvestments, limited partnership investments, real estateinvestments, or any other type of investment, preference shalland must be given to a Missouri based company, if the service isavailable.
