Purchase of creditable service, required before receipt of retirementannuity.
104.606. Any member of either system who purchases creditable serviceor credited service under this chapter or chapter 105, RSMo, shall applyand complete the purchase prior to applying to receive a retirement annuityin order to receive credit for such purchase.
