Affirmative action plan for hiring money managers, brokers andinvestment counselors, required--report to joint committee on publicemployee retirement.

104.621. All retirement systems created in this chaptershall develop an affirmative action plan for the utilization ofminority and women money managers, brokers, and investmentcounselors. Such retirement systems shall report their progressannually to the joint committee on public employee retirement.
