Duplicate copies of record.

105.080. Whenever any such settlement shall be made, thecourt shall cause duplicate copies of the record thereof to becertified and delivered, one to the county treasurer and theother to the clerk of the county commission, and the countytreasurer shall be charged by the clerk of the county commissionwith the sums appearing thereby to be due to the state and to thecounty, respectively.
