Duplicate receipts for payment.

105.100. Whenever the county treasurer shall receive theamount due from any such officer, by voluntary payment or by saleof goods, he shall give such officer duplicate receipts for thesame, stating therein the whole amount received, how much for thestate and how much for the county, and the particular fund, ifany, to which the same belongs, and the officer taking suchreceipt shall, without delay, deposit one of them with the clerkof the county commission.
