Deduction from compensation for life insurance plan to be included asregular compensation in computing retirement benefits.

105.1003. Any voluntary life insurance plan establishedunder sections 105.1000 to 105.1020 shall exist and serve inaddition to any insurance, retirement, pension and benefitsystems established by the state or political subdivision. Anycompensation withheld under such a plan shall continue to beincluded as regular compensation for the purpose of computing theretirement and pension benefits earned by any employee.
