Withholding part of gross compensation of employees to fund plan.

105.1005. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to thecontrary, the state of Missouri, or any city, county, or otherpolitical subdivision may enter into a written contract with anyof its employees to withhold, in whole or in part, any part oftheir gross compensation and invest such funds in any such manneras prescribed by the voluntary life insurance plan of the state,or its cities, counties, or other political subdivisions and aspermitted under sections 105.1000 to 105.1020.
