Funds to be deposited with consent of participating employees and asdesignated by governing body with approved life insurance company.

105.1017. For purposes of funding such agreements betweenthe city, county, institution, or other such politicalsubdivision and the participating employees, the agency ordepartment as designated by the governing body to establish andadminister such plans may deposit such funds, with the consent ofthe participating employee, with the approved life insurancecompany deemed appropriate by such governing body.
