Political subdivisions may establish and administer other lifeinsurance plans.

105.1020. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary,this section and sections 105.1015 and 105.1017 do not limit the poweror authority of any city, county, municipal corporation, politicalsubdivision, or any institution supported in whole or in part by publicfunds to establish and administer any other such life insurance plansas might be deemed appropriate by the officials of such politicalsubdivisions or institutions.
