Definitions.

105.1077. 1. As used in sections 105.1070 to 105.1077, the term"aircraft" includes both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft.

2. As used in sections 105.1070 to 105.1077, the term "motorvehicle" includes any self-propelled vehicle and any trailer orother similar piece of equipment designed for being drawn by sucha self-propelled vehicle.

3. As used in sections 105.1070 to 105.1077, the term"state-controlled" includes motor vehicles, aircraft, and marinevessels owned, leased, or rented by the state, and motor vehiclesand aircraft provided to the state by the federal government, andunder the control and management of the Missouri national guard.It does not include motor vehicles, aircraft, or marine vesselsowned, leased or rented in the name of employees of the state.
