No state officer or clerk to deal in state stocks--penalty.

105.150. It shall not be lawful for the state treasurer orauditor, or any state officer or any clerk or employee of thestate, to deal in any of the stocks or indebtedness of the state,at less than their par value, or any claim against the state, orto prosecute any claim against the state, under pain offorfeiting his office or place.
