Duties of commissioner of administration.

105.170. The commissioner of administration or thedisbursing officer of the county or municipal corporation, as thecase may be, shall use such funds for purchasing United Statesseries "E" savings bonds of the smallest denomination issued bythe United States government, whenever any person shall have asufficient sum of such withheld funds to buy such bond, andimmediately deliver the bond to the person entitled thereto, ormail the same to the same address designated in theauthorization.
