Certification and transfer of state's share--contribution fund.

105.400. The director of the division of accounting at suchtimes as may be prescribed by federal law or regulation shallcertify to the state treasurer the amount of the state's share ofthe contributions required to be paid to the federal agency onaccount of the officers and employees of each department,division, agency or unit of state government whose services arecovered by an agreement entered into under section 105.310.Thereupon the state treasurer shall immediately transfer suchamounts from the proper funds from which the officers andemployees were paid to the "Contribution Fund" which is herebycreated.
