Lobbyist exceptions.

105.475. 1. The provisions of sections 105.470 to 105.473 shall notapply to any public official or a staff member, employee, spouse ordependent child of a public official when employed by a lobbyist principaland who is acting on behalf of the lobbyist principal in their employment,except if such person's employment is as a lobbyist for the lobbyistprincipal.

2. The provisions of sections 105.470 to 105.473 shall not apply toany member of a union who is acting in either an employment capacity orcontractual capacity in association with the union, except if such person'semployment or contractual capacity is as a lobbyist for the union.
