Severability.

105.482. It is the intent of the legislature that sections105.450 to 105.482 be severable as noted in section 1.140, RSMo.In the event that any provision of sections 105.450 to 105.482be declared invalid under the Constitution of the United Statesor the Constitution of the State of Missouri, it is the intentof the legislature that the remaining provisions of sections105.450 to 105.482 remain in force and effect as far as they arecapable of being carried into execution as intended by thelegislature.
