Governor--appointment to certain boards or commissions prohibited.

105.494. No governor shall be appointed by any board orcommission of state government to any administrative positionwhich such board or commission has the authority to fill, duringthat governor's term of office, within two years of his leavinghis elective office, and as long as a majority of the membersserving on such board or commission were appointed by thatgovernor.
