Retirement plan may appoint attorney as legal advisor.
105.663. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,each public retirement plan as defined in section 105.660, through itsboard of trustees or other responsible administrative body, is authorizedto appoint an attorney at law or firm of attorneys at law to be the legaladvisor and to represent the plan and the board of trustees or otherresponsible administrative body in all legal proceedings.
