Contact information for retired members to be provided, when(St. Louis City).

105.679. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 610.010 to610.035, RSMo, to the contrary, any retirement plan as defined in section105.660, RSMo, located in a city not within a county, providing retirementbenefits for general employees shall provide, upon request by any retireeorganization, sufficient information enabling such organization to contactretired members.
