Summary of ethics, lobbying and campaign finance laws, commission toprint and make available--candidate to verify receipt of summary,when.

105.973. 1. The ethics commission shall print and make available asummary of all laws over which the commission has enforcement powerspursuant to chapter 105 and chapter 130, RSMo. The summary shall be inplain English and compiled to put individuals on notice of such laws.

2. A candidate shall sign a statement verifying that such candidatehas received the summary when filing for an office.
