Office vacated by suspension--temporary appointment.

106.060. If the secretary of state, state auditor, statetreasurer or attorney general be impeached, and notified thereof,an appointment shall be made by the governor to supply suchvacancy until such impeachment shall be determined; and if thepresident of the senate be impeached, notice thereof shallimmediately be given by the house of representatives to thesenate, that another president may be elected by the senate.
