Additional county indebtedness.

108.020. Any county in this state, by vote of theconstitutionally required percentage of the voters votingthereon in favor of the question, may incur an indebtedness forcounty purposes in addition to that authorized in section108.010 not to exceed five percent of the taxable tangibleproperty shown as provided in that section.
