Refunding bonds--provision for payment of interest and principal.

108.150. Any county, city, school district, or otherpolitical corporation or subdivision of the state, issuing itsbonds for the purposes aforesaid shall, at the time of issuingthe same, provide for the payment of the interest on and theprincipal of such refunding bonds, in the same manner as wasprovided for the payment of interest on and principal of thebonds refunded thereby.
