Auditor's fee for registering bonds--transmitted to director ofrevenue.

108.250. The state auditor shall be paid for registering bonds thesum of ten cents for each one hundred dollars of the face value of thebonds registered; provided, that the fee for registering any issue of bondsshall in no case be less than twenty-five cents and in no case be greaterthan one thousand dollars. The amount of any fee collected under thissection shall be promptly transmitted to the state director of revenue.
