Allocation to bond issuers, state ceiling used.

108.502. The allocation system provided in Section 146 ofthe Code with respect to all issuers, whether local or state, ishereby revoked for calendar years after December 31, 1987. Thestate ceiling shall be allocated among issuers, whether local orstate, by the director in accordance with the terms andconditions of sections 108.500 to 108.532.
