Third state building bond interest and sinking fund, deposits howmade--interest to accrue to fund.

108.909. The state treasurer, with the approval of theboard of fund commissioners, is authorized to deposit all of themoneys in the third state building bond interest and sinkingfund in the manner now or hereafter provided in section 30.260,RSMo. Interest received on such deposits shall be credited tothe third state building bond interest and sinking fund.
