Bonds, how registered.

108.927. When the bonds shall have been issued, they shall beregistered in the office of the state auditor in a book to be provided byhim for that purpose, and he shall endorse on each bond his certificatethat in the issuance thereof all of the conditions of the law have beencomplied with, and shall sign such certificate and authenticate the samewith the seal of his office.
