Investment and deposits to be made by state treasurer in fourth statebuilding fund--interest received on deposits to be credited to fund.

108.930. 1. The state treasurer, with the approval of said board offund commissioners, is authorized to deposit or invest all of the moneys inthe fourth state building fund in the manner now or hereafter provided insection 30.260, RSMo. Any interest received on such deposits shall becredited to the fourth state building fund.

2. The state treasurer, with the approval of the board of fundcommissioners, is authorized to deposit or invest all of the moneys in thefourth state building bond and interest fund in the manner now or hereafterprovided in section 30.260, RSMo. Interest received on such deposits shallbe credited to the fourth state building bond and interest fund.
