109.156. Following the reproduction of a record or recordsin the manner provided for in section 109.120, the head of anybusiness may destroy the record or records from which suchreproduction was made; provided, that this section shall notauthorize the destruction of an original record of or relating toany asset or liability shown on the face of such record to beexisting or outstanding.
