Director to assist legislative and judicial branches upon request.

109.290. Upon request, the director of records managementand archives service shall assist and advise in the establishmentof records management programs in the legislative and judicialbranches of state government and shall, as required by them,provide program services similar to those available to theexecutive branch of state government pursuant to the provisionsof sections 109.200 to 109.310.
