Certain activities not affected.

109.295. Nothing in sections 109.200 to 109.310 shall beconstrued to:

(1) Prohibit the establishment or sharing of local recordscenters or records holding areas by local governmental agencies;

(2) Prohibit the establishment of regional state recordscenters to service the state's most populous areas, or

(3) Authorize disposal of records without audit orinspection when such is required by law, statute, ordinance,charter, or local policies and practices;

(4) Divest local officials of the authority to reproduceexisting records so long as no unauthorized disposition is madeof existing records.
