Termination of agency--disposition of records.

109.300. Upon the termination of any agency whose functionor functions have not been transferred to another agency, therecords of the terminated agency shall be deposited in the staterecords center and archives. The commission shall determinewhich records are of sufficient value to warrant their continuedpreservation by the state.
