Records, how destroyed--rules and regulations to supersede existinglaw and regulations.

109.310. Records shall be destroyed according to theprovisions of existing law and administrative regulations untilthe state records commission or local records board promulgatesrules and regulations for the destruction of records. Allprovisions of law and all administrative rules and regulationsfor the destruction of records are repealed upon the effectivedate of the rules and regulations for the destruction of recordsadopted and promulgated by the commission or board pursuant tosections 109.200 to 109.310.
