Effective date of act January 1, 1978.

115.009. The effective date of sections 115.001 to 115.641 andsections 51.450 and 51.460*, RSMo, shall be January 1, 1978. Anyamendment made to a provision repealed by sections 115.001 to115.641 and sections 51.450 and 51.460*, RSMo, shall remain in forceonly until January 1, 1978.
