Election judges paid by whom (Jackson County).

115.069. In any county of the first class containing themajor portion of a city which has over three hundred thousandinhabitants, the salaries of election judges at all county andstate primary, general and special elections shall be paid fromthe general revenue of the county, unless the city submits aquestion or candidate at the election, in which case the salariesof election judges shall be paid one-half from the generalrevenue of the city and one-half from the general revenue of thecounty.
