Judges' compensation, how set--not employees of election authority.

115.101. For service in conducting elections and house-to-housecanvasses, each election judge shall be paid an amount established by theelection authority. For purposes of this section, and the Constitution ofMissouri, election judges appointed by the election authority shall not beconsidered employees of the election authority.
