Registrations in effect January 1, 1978, to remain valid,exception.

115.177. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed inany way as interfering with or discontinuing any person's validregistration which is in effect on January 1, 1978, until suchtime as the person is required to transfer his registration or toreregister under the provisions of sections 115.001 to 115.641and sections 51.450 and 51.460*, RSMo.
