Canvassers report to election authority--notice, form.

115.187. Immediately after calling at all dwelling placesshown on the verification lists, the house-to-house canvassersshall report with the verification lists to the office of theelection authority. The election authority shall as soon aspossible prepare and mail a notice to each person who was notfound to reside at the address shown on the verification lists.The election authority shall send notice by postage prepaid andpreaddressed return card, sent by forwardable mail, on which theregistered voter may state his or her current address togetherwith a notice as prescribed by section 115.193.
