Voting machines to be visible to election judges at polls.

115.259. At each polling place using voting machines, theexterior of the voting machines shall be in plain view of theelection judges. Each voting machine shall be so placed that,unless its construction requires otherwise, the ballot labels canbe plainly seen by the election judges when not in use by voters.The election judges shall not be nor permit any other person tobe in any position, or near any position, that enables them tosee how any voter votes or has voted. The election judges mayinspect any machine as necessary to make sure the ballot label isin its proper place and that the machine has not been damaged.
