Registering by mail and voting absentee ballot to provide swornaffidavit, exception.

115.290. Any person registered by mail under the provisions ofsection 115.159 and voting by absentee ballot shall provide an affidavitsubscribed and sworn to as provided in section 115.291 regardless of thecause for requesting such ballot unless the voter is exempt from suchrequirement under section 115.284 or section 1973ee-3, title 42, UnitedStates Code.
