Ballot cards and write-in votes on absentee ballots, howtabulated.

115.301. If ballot cards are used as absentee ballots, theteams shall meet on election day at a time and place designatedby the election authority and shall proceed to separate theballot cards from the write-in forms and to count the write-invotes as provided in section 115.467. The returns shall be madeas provided in sections 115.471 and 115.473, and the ballot cardsand other designated election materials shall be delivered to thecounting location and tabulated in the manner provided in section115.475, but no ballot card shall be tabulated before the timefixed by law for the closing of the polls.
