Secretary of state to notify appropriate election authorities ofnomination, when.

115.381. Whenever the selections are properly certified to thesecretary of state by the chair or acting chair of the party nominatingcommittees for a special election or after the secretary of state hascertified the names of candidates pursuant to section 115.387 or 115.401,the secretary of state shall notify all appropriate election authorities ofthe selections in a timely fashion.
