General election candidates, list to be sent to electionauthorities, when.

115.401. Not later than the tenth Tuesday prior to each generalelection, the secretary of state shall send to each election authority acertified list containing the name and address of each person who has fileda declaration of candidacy in the secretary of state's office and isentitled to be voted for at the general election, together with a statementof the office for which such person is a candidate and the party suchperson represents or that such person is an independent candidate.
