Necessary equipment to be delivered to polls by electionauthority.

115.415. Before the time fixed by law for the opening of thepolls, the election authority shall deliver to the authorizedelection officials or to the polling place the appropriateballots, ballot boxes, precinct registers, voting booths, votingmachines and all other supplies, material and equipment necessaryand appropriate for the polling place. The election authorityshall make and preserve a record of each delivery.
