Sample ballots, cards or ballot labels to be delivered to thepolls, when.

115.419. Before the time fixed by law for the opening of the polls,the election authority shall deliver to each polling place a sufficientnumber of sample ballots, ballot cards or ballot labels which shall be adifferent color but otherwise exact copies of the official ballot. Thesamples shall be printed in the form of a diagram, showing the form of theballot or the front of the marking device or voting machine as it willappear on election day. The secretary of state may develop multilingualsample ballots to be made available to election authorities.
