County committee members, when elected (St. Louis City and County).

115.609. In each city not situated in a county and in eachcounty which has over nine hundred thousand inhabitants, allmembers of the county committee shall be elected at the primaryelection immediately preceding each gubernatorial election andshall hold office until their successors are elected andqualified. In each other county, all members of the countycommittee shall be elected at each primary election and shallhold office until their successors are elected and qualified.
