State committee to meet and organize, when.

115.623. The members of the state committee elected asprovided in section 115.621 shall meet at a time and place to bedesignated by the current state committee chairman. The meetingshall occur no earlier than two weeks following the election ofmembers to the state committee. At the meeting, the committeeshall organize by electing a chairman and a vice chairman, one ofwhom shall be a woman, and a secretary and a treasurer, one ofwhom shall be a woman, and who may or may not be members of thecommittee. In the event a vacancy shall occur in the office ofchairman, a vacancy shall also be declared in the office of vicechairman and a new election shall be held for filling thevacancies of both chairman and vice chairman, one of whom shallbe a woman.
