Publications fund created--payments from fund for what, how made.

116.270. 1. There is hereby created a "Publications Fund"which shall be used only to pay printing, publication, and otherexpenses incurred in submitting statewide ballot measures to thevoters.

2. The secretary of state shall certify to the commissioner ofadministration all valid claims for payment from the publicationsfund. On receiving the certified claims, the commissioner ofadministration shall issue warrants on the state treasurer payableto each individual out of the publications fund.
